All of our Zaya products are shipped from Jordan via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. No code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a physical address.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
The delivery times shown below are only an estimate and do not include 1-2 business days processing time before the order gets shipped.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

Zaya only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In case your Zaya package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, email info@theofficialzaya.com within 5 business days to notify us of the damage.

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact info@theofficialzaya.com once the claim has been filed and our team will assist you.
