WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ZAYA ACCEPT?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
CAN I UPDATE MY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Changes to your order cannot be made once the order has been processed. There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@theofficalzaya.com or WhatsApp +962799744477, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll dispatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
HOW DO I USE A GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE?
After you have added all your favorite items to the cart, at checkout there is a box labeled 'discount code' Put in your code, and the discount will be applied. Please note that you can't apply more than one code at a time.
DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes, you can definitely purchase a gift voucher for your loved one! You can find these on our menu. You will receive a physical gift card; these are available in 15JD, 25JD,50JD,75JD & 100JD.
WHAT IF ORDERED AN OUT OF STOCK ITEM?
If you have ordered an out-of-stock item, we will contact you in order to change the item as there would be a lag in the system.
WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@theofficialzaya.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting us in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders that require shipping within Jordan will be delivered within 24-48 hours, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of Jordan may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it through dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
