Exchange Policy: We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help you find the perfect piece.

Therefore, we offer exchanges within 7 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not offer refunds; exchange only.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on earrings. All other jewelry items are eligible for exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Engraved/ Customised Items

  • Engraved items are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Conditions for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and free of any signs of wear or damage.
  2. The original packaging and tags must be intact and included with the item.
  3. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  4. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.

Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@theofficialzaya.com to request an exchange and receive a return authorization number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Our shipping company will pick up the order from the desired location, with shipping costs covered by the customer.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, except in cases where the item received is damaged or defective.
