Jordan

We offer free standard shipping on orders above 75JD in Jordan, a shipping fee of 2JD is applied in Amman, 4JD in Aqaba and 3JD in Irbid & other areas for orders less than 75JD.

Asia & International

Shipping fees is calculated upon checkout. Duties & taxes by customs are the customer's responsibility.

This is the estimated delivery time, there might be delays due to unexpected circumstances.

RETURNS

Is your order not exactly what you wanted? You can return your order to Zaya within 14 days after receiving your invoice. When returning a package, you must contact us by email or whatsapp.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in its original packing, unworn and undamaged; the expenses of return are your responsibility. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment's preparation and shipping. Any buyer who wishes to return an order should use a safe shipping method, according to Zaya. Return shipments can take a long time internationally.

*Due to hygienic concerns, worn earrings cannot be returned.

-Returns that do not include a return proof will not be considered. Also, products that are not returned in their original packing will be processed only if they are still in excellent working order.
