- Image or video of the broken item where the issue is clearly obvious
- A brief explanation of the problem
If we discover a manufacturing issue, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
The warranty policy does not cover damage to products caused by normal use. Furthermore, the warranty conditions do not cover the loss of items.

Before shipping, Zaya makes every effort to properly inspect all products and your order. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must notify us within three days of receiving it.
